These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tampa, Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

13. No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made through Insta Store are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, whether for unused services, early cancellation, or any other reason. This no-refund policy is applicable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
